Research Interests

Our main research topic is GRAPHENE, which is expected for post-silicon materials. Graphene is two dimensional material which is composed of carbon atoms. Because of its various kinds of tremendous properties, graphene will be adaptable for wide range of application areas. Now, we are developing various kinds of functional devices using single-crystal graphene fabricated by using high temperature rapid thermal annealing (RTA) equipment. Our final goals are IoT sensors and terahertz devices.
